another found treasure...

8:32 pm... the most anticipated game by the team... solely to play under the stadium lights!

so here we are lights on the field, sun setting and Jaiden sliding into home base!

zhu zhu's vs. zoobles

This morning we were up very early wishing Papi and Nana a good trip home. We had a lovely visit with them, and I will have some fun photos of that up soon... like tomorrow kind of soon... not 38 days later. 

Seriously? My last post was May 12th? Well, I have a lot to catch up on because I am still  way, way behind as I view through my 2013 need to sort photos file - the place I dump all my photos before sorting, deleting, blogging, filing and sometimes printing. But anyway, back to today... I forget how much fun it is to pull out the camera and capture the bits of life around here. While I was cleaning, sorting, tossing and whatever else, the kids were up to their own mischief... actually it was quite lovely because they were playing so nicely together but then the play was interrupted and off to a church directory portrait session.

We came home and I found this... it felt a bit like a toy story moment...

 and then there were the hecklers ...

if you ask me, those zoobles look pretty intimidating with their ears flung out ... like that lizard that gets HUGE in the face or a BIG puffer fish... but watch out, don't mess with the zhu zhu's either! They go in every direction making all sorts of strange noises.
